So Friday just gone we had a little gathering at the famous Wong’s Kitchen. The turnout was huge, with Jerks coming from Auckland and Tauranga as well what appeared to be the entire Hamilton crew…. It was great to catch up with everyone after the holiday break!

Chicken burgers and wings were everywhere…..heading outside, we’d filled the entire carpark as well as the neighbouring tyre shops yard..even people walking past were stopping to check out the cars, haha.

Old man Boswell was one of the first to arrive in his clean-ass Corolla, luckily for him the shop was just around the corner from the Bingo hall – meaning it wasn’t too far for him to drive at 30km/h with the left indicator on.

Phil showed up on his Ruckus…and created a Ruckus as he arrived (see what I did there) he tells me he hasn’t changed the muffler, but I’m not so sure…

I can’t get over how much you can customise these things, every time I see it Phil’s added more little pieces here and there.

The oldschool gurus Kelvin and Tank (aka Troll) showed up in the trusty Crown with some cider to wash down the chicken – remember kids, always have a nominated sober driver like them!

Even the Shuttle got some photographer love…..I have some sweet ideas for her this year, hoping I can change it up a bit! Stay tuned..

Sam ‘Dodgee’ Longley rolled down with the OG’s Jarrod and Jared in this clean WRX…I caught Mr MGN Inc eyeing up that plate a few times, maybe he’ll make you an offer Sam?

Ken Block showed up too, in his S15…

..While Paul “Bracket man” and Jason Sensation’s whips were sitting pretty out front of the shop.

Matt showed up in his new daily, it’s just a run around car until he picks up his new Accord.
